hey endo warriors, does anyone else get bad pain in their upper back/neck when you are on your period? If so, how do you help ease the pain?

hi love! youre the only other person ive seen so far with endometriosis! i get super severe lower back pain when on my period and even quite a bit off it. ive found that icing my back for 15 minutes, daily foam rolling, and daily stretching have helped a lot
