A cgm has helped me lower my a1c from 8 to 7.4 currently! More to go.

It's not easy and takes a lot of work, but you can figure it out. I promise I'm not affiliated with them, but the podcast Juicebox Podcast is pretty damn good. I have been told to listen to it for a while and just checked it out. 28 years type 1 and I am learning still.

My A1c was really high until I got a cgm, now I can keep it around 6 much much easier.

I’m on a health program that has helped me lower my a1c to 7.4 and still lowering! I’ve also been able to lose weight which is SO amazing (about 37 lbs so far, I’m still losing weight!)! If you’re interested in this program I’d be happy to chat with you about it soon! Just message me! :)

Better control. I have an insulin pump and a constant glucose meter. I used to have to stick my finger 10 times a day or so and write down when I tested and what my sugar levels were. Plus how much insulin I took.
