My anxiety is bad I forgot my headphones.Im not going be home till 6 pm possibility.I have driver's.ed after school then I'm going.out to eat.But busy days make me anxious.Is there anything I can do to help myself calm down?

Breathing exercises can help ground me! Try taking breaks in the bathroom or outside or somewhere quieter when the noise gets overwhelming
