does anyone have good tips for dealing with autistic burnout? I did way too much the other day and still feel very physically exhausted, achy, etc.

Listen to your body!! If it needs to just lay in bed all day or not talk for a day or two, do it. Don’t force it to do anything it doesn’t feel like unless absolutely necessary. Autistic burnout isn’t something you can “snap out of” and it’s partly a physical body response that requires rest. I know it may seem like you can just deal with it, but from my experience, fighting it only prolongs it. Look into somatic therapy techniques to calm your nervous system too! It’s been the most effective for handling the not so great parts of my autism!
