some good words to help cheer me up. two deaths have harmed my mental health. first my papa whom I'm named after. I looked up to him growing up. he lived to be 72. and a friend of mine passed away in his late 40s due to complications with health. he was a good friend and yard client. we played video games together and watched anime together. bonus round.. in 2017 I had break down as I was an on looker to a 2 year Olds child's death. and I was sought by the mother for comfort and I had no words to express. was just as in shock as she was.. I'm not sure if she'll ever find peace. so life has been wanting to steal my joy.

Hi, first of all, thanks for sharing. Sometimes life knows how to come in full force and hit you hard. It always comes in places you don't think it will and recovering from it is very difficult. I can assure you that time is the best healer. Even if you feel right now that life has been wanting to steal your joy, remember that all passes. I recommend trying to do things that make you happy to cheer yourself up. Sending lots of support from a distance.
