First, ask your doctor if he has other patients with the same conditions (or at least some of them). My former doctor admitted that he isn’t familiar with my conditions so he turned me to another doctor.

Honestly I do some research on different medications and then tell me doctor that I want to try this to see if it beneficial. And then I ask for thier professional advice on the medications
