Does anyone find their appetite/level of “pickiness” to be really controlled by anxiety? Lately I’ve been finding myself turned off by so many foods that I usually like, and it’s been really hard to finish meals. I’m not sure if it’s the action of chewing that is somehow too tiring, or if it’s just that I’m so anxious my stomach doesn’t want to expand. Then that opens up an whole other issue of feeling like I’m losing weight, when I’m underweight to start with. Was working out, eating good, and looking & feeling great these pst few months, it just kills me to see all that progress lost. How do you cope with this, if anyone shares the same struggles?
