anyone experience hiccups as soon as you wake up? (just a little background i have fibro, asthma, allergies, insomnia) they’re painful, annoying and take forever to go away. 😩

      Frequent hiccups can be a sign of low magnesium or potassium. Try eating a banana every day for a week (if you can) or some pistachios or some other high K & Mg foods to see if that helps.

      I don't get them when I wake up but its super easy for me to get them ! nobody else irl understands what I mean when I say they hurt. you're not alone !!
