I used to. From 2012 until summer 2021, I went every single week if not more frequently. In August my therapist told me I needed higher care. The option he gave me wasn't feasible because of my job... the next week, he didn't show up for our session and I haven't heard from him since. So I'm honestly terrified to have that happen again after building a therapeutic relationship for 6 yrs.

I regularly go to CBT, but if I'm being honest I feel like it makes it worse. I've been going for years and I'm not numb to talking about my trauma. It's hard and I am not an emdr candidate, so I Aldo feel hopeless sometimes. Any recommendations are worth looking into and exploring for yourself.
I do not. Ive found in the past it doesn’t work for me but i’m considering trying again!
Yup. Every other week unless I want to do once a week
Yes! I do video therapy every two weeks. However, due to money trouble I haven’t been going recently and noticing a slip in my mental health.
Yes. One thing I am consistent on
I try to but a lot of times it's a struggle to go
