Metformin did not effect my weight at all. I think with pcos the best way to measure if you’re getting better on your medication is if you feel better.

I was on metformin FOR YEARS! I lost a little weight. Like maybe 10 pounds over a few months. It gave me horrible digestive issues...which is common.
