Hi I just need to rant. I have ptsd that is triggered by storms and power outages and my state is being plagued with severe storms. I haven't slept well in weeks and I'm overwhelmed and extremely anxious. I have also developed a border line severe migraine a couple of days ago and I'm I have to work everyday with no breaks. I'm so tired and I feel like crap. I feel like I'm about to explode but I have no one to talk to about this. I'm at my whits end.
