Ok so Basically if I see or hear something I want to do the same thing over and over until I get the action right. whether it be saying the same word in the same tone over and over or throwing my head back. I feel bad most of the time because I don't want others thinking I want attention or faking these tics. I try masking but the only effective way I've come up with is holding my breath until I'm dizzy. it's not a good solution but it's the only one I have. wanted to ask if anyone has any suggestions on how I redirect my tics so they don't embarrass me in public
