I have started saying to myself "everything needs to be done/is due by this time" and it works pretty well for me.

I also downloaded this app that helps me make goals for the day, log how I’m feeling, and it gives you points for getting them done.
A lot of times I will do ten minutes of work then watch ten minutes of a show and repeat. That something that helps me

Hey! One tip I recommend would be to start with small goals that aren’t too difficult, because then you can build up to the larger tasks you have to do and you’ll feel accomplished along the way :)
