I am being evaluated for prinzmetal angina. I can sometimes get a crushing tightness in the chest with aching pain in the jaw neck and arms. I can feel short of breath or dizzy and I shortly get a pressure migraine after. Does anyone else experience this? They upped my verapamil that I was on for migraine and that has helped.
