I have been so stressed and anxious lately. It's gotten to the point where I am constantly shaking and on the verge of a panic attack or where I just wanna cry and scream until i can't anymore

      I've found reiki and yoga helpful. Perhaps something where you can release the tension physically like walking or kick boxing? Also vagus nerve resets!

      I’m sorry you are struggling so much. Have you tried some type of meditation? I have struggled with meditation in the past especially when I am so amped up, but I recently started tapping and I feel that helps me come down a bit.

        @http.sunflower besides my cats and certain games not really! Since one of my cats needs to be seen by the vet
