Hearing Voices from Objects?

Yes some times when I'm listening to music or tv or even like a fan/ac like u said I'll hear people or things in the background like faintly most of the time usually people talking to me or calling my name and stuff the best thing I try to do is stop what I'm listening to or try to turn it off and try to calm myself down and it helps to have somone to talk to either in person or on the phone and try to distract and redirect your thoughts like play a game with said person your talking with or just talk with them just be patent with yourself ect (this is probibly worded bad lol)
