Looking for reassurance. I keep being told it’s generalized anxiety and depression. Had multiple tests done (ekg, blood work nervous times , ct scan) and everything came back normal. Best way I can describe the way I feel is just being completely off in my head. Like I’m stuck in a daze, or spaced out. vision problems , unable to sit still at times more often then not. Sweaty palms at times, not really heart palpitations, or muscle tension but definitely restlessness and have been dealing with dizziness. Thanks

I was also thinking dissociation... Being in a daze and zoned out are common descriptions. I've experienced the same.
I will say it’s more constant then a come and go thing.

Sounds like the symptoms of Panic Disorder and depression go hand in hand, did all this start recently?
