This isn’t so much a question but a statement I wanted to share with as many people as I could about what helped my IBS the most!— I wouldn’t recommend this to be followed through 100 percent unless you needed to be, but I learned that I am actually sugar intolerant. This includes cutting out gluten, dairy, refined sugars (including table sugars and additives like Splenda) and white carbs (white potatoes, popcorn, and white rice). This is a lot of work and stressful in it’s own manner but I wanted to provide this information for anyone to explore at their own concern. I personally can have sucrolose so I eat fruit and sweeten all my food with natural honey and maple syrup. Some people may or may not be able to eat monk fruit sweetener and coconut sugar.
