How to Heal After Being Cheated On?

It's important to not fall into the lies of the patterns your brain tells you. Not everyone out there is a cheater, nor untrustworthy. There are billions of people here on Earth, which means billions of possibilities! You can find a love who's a perfect fit for you & you for them! It'll just take time to find them, but when you do, you'll be so glad you did. You can find your special someone! Try getting yourself in as many social settings to find them! Unless you need time to heal first, I find meditation best for that ^_^

:/ it was hard for me. Took years to trust him again bc we both had a kid together. Its a long story to why I chose him and threw my old friends away. I didn’t begin trusting him bc he didn’t cheat again. I began trusting him when he started becoming more vulnerable and honest with his sexual and emotional feelings. He gets emotional satisfaction from sex while i find emotional satisfaction from anything nonsexual. I think the process of trusting someone who cheats on you is different for a lot of people. But one thing for sure is communication and trying cbt sex therapy as well. Our couples therapist recommended it to solve my personal trauma around sex in our relationship. Im sorry you were cheated on :( its a heart breaking betrayal…
