I don’t take any thyroid medication despite having Hashimoto’s because I don’t yet have hypothyroid and my TSH and other levels are stable - but I still experience vague symptoms like hormone and blood sugar imbalance, extreme fatigue, brain fog, etc. that seem to all be connected. Anyone else in the same boat?

There are diets for Hashimotos. Maybe worth a try. My husband and I just switched to plant-based and it's supposed to heal the body, period. Hope this helps.

Then your situation sounds similar to mine. It all started with a Hashimoto’s diagnosis and I started to just feel worse and worse as the years went on. She is amazing, and really listens to her patients. I’m not 100% yet but the panic attacks have been gone and I feel so normal now. It’s amazing. Her website is below: https://www.drgingerwolfe.com/

@paigewest feel free to reach out to me if you have any other questions :)
I have the same thing. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s when I was 18. I’m 26 now and it still hasn’t turned into hypothyroidism. Hormones play a huge role. I found out I was estrogen dominant and my cortisol levels were super high. I have been on the pill for years too and never put two and two together it could be messing with me. I was getting panic attacks 4-5 times a day. And I had no idea why. My functional doctor was finally able to get to the route of what was going on with me and she discovered the hormone imbalance, b deficiency, and auto immune issues. I also was diagnosed with POTS after years of not knowing why I was dizzy, had terrible head aches, digestive issues, thyroid, severe anxiety, etc. Western doctors are good for medicine, surgery, etc. But functional doctors really help solve the jigsaw puzzle and figure out the root issue. I have been feeling a lot better on my supplement regimen and POTS protocol. I suggest seeing a functional doctor if you can. I have a good one who sees patients online I can recommend. Balancing your hormones with certain supplements may be your solution. And dandelion tea does wonders too!
@Paigey this is amazing thank you so much! They tested me for POTS as well and I also experienced multiple panic attacks a day for months, so it sounds like it’s all interconnected. I would love the info for your functional doctor if you can send my way!
