I have a zero relief from my chronic pain for years and years. Marijuanna, vitamins, and numerous drugs doesn’t work AT ALL. Has anyone found relief by switching to a vegan diet?

I’ve been plantbase for 10+ years, sometimes I slip and my body pays the price for it. So I think a vegan diet really helps reduce inflammation. As well as a Low FODMAP & GERD Diet. I also took an allergy test and stop eating those foods. And cut out gluten completely. When I applied by those rules, my body feels the best. Also drinking a lot of water
Dr. Brooke Goldner has some good recipes that really help. Vegan + green smoothies. It helped my mom clear up her inflammation and made me feel more energized and have less pain.
I’m here for the comments because I was wondering this myself.
