Improving Health with Supplements: Is it Possible?

@K.C that’s what I’m going to try also. Diet change! I eat too much junk lately. I used to eat fairly well but after I got CoVid I have not felt well enough to cook especially from scratch and prepping veggies etc so I’ve literally been surviving on steakumm sandwiches and mozzarella sticks and some sweets etc. it’s the only thing that appealed to me for a while. That’s changing finally but I still don’t have the energy to cook much. I also haven’t been able to smell like I used to. I always had an over sensitive sniffer! She nice CoVid though, I haven’t. I smelled cigarette smoke and regular smoke all three weeks while I had CoVid and it was horrible. I don’t smoke and hate the smell of it. Can’t figure out that symptom!! I started doing some “smell therapy” though and I’m getting some ability back thankfully.

@flsunshine yikes 😳 It doesn’t manage ALL my pain, but I’m on Imuran for mine. I hope there is a day when we have better solutions and treatment options. 😓
