Struggling with Infertility and Marriage

Husband and I struggled with conceiving. He had high blood pressure and his body temp runs high. If your husband has either here's what helped us on his end. He got bp kind of under control and he'd take cold showers right before we'd have sex. Now on my end my diabetes was the issue. I got sugars more under control and would also elevate my hips for a few minutes after we'd have sex. Idk if those things will help but I wish you the best of luck
