Failed Speech and Embarrassing Gesture

I felt that so much. I was the exact same way. Still have some trouble but high school was a nightmare, lots of crying. But as a psych major I can tell you that everyone else was worried about themselves not you messing up! If anything they were too in their head to notice. We tend to think everyone is staring at us but they really aren’t! Don’t worry if someone were to tell me that I wouldn’t believe it. Take little steps! Talk to a teacher and see if they will help ease some anxiety triggers
