Im autistic and have a long list of medical disabilities. I've just been diagnosed with MALS. I have to travel out of state for a big open surgery that fails for 1/3 people. My therapist is going to be moving practices. My parents were abusive and due to fighting medical issues my whole life I have no close friends nearby. I'm fighting serious illness alone. Im tired of being alone, wish I had one person for support. I'm scared. I'm tired of fighting. I don't even know if it's worth it to fight anymore.
