Do you ever feel alone even though your around people that you know who care about you? Like this person and or multiple people love you no matter how weird they still care.

Yes but also no one in my life does anything TO make me feel loved. So there’s really no evidence that I’m loved. I also have BPD tho.

What’s your opinion on poopin?
@Swany I don’t know how to answer the question BUT that was really funny 🤣🤣
Yes I feel like this sometimes it's werid and I don't know why I feel this way
@alyssa25 it’s like a switch one minute your fine the next it’s a whole thing nothing triggering it (sometimes) but still it’s so weird.
@CHale exactly I agree. One of my weird triggers are if someone is in a phone it's like "no he don't love you how could he?". Or how my loved one can be right here but I'm so alone. I hate it so much.

Yes. This is how I've been feeling lately. Like I know I have lots of people who care about me but I still feel alone.

@HorrorMaster88S it’s been bothering a lot of my friends lately but all in a different way. Weird how the world works.
I feel like this sometimes, too, usually alongside the feeling I'm watching the world happen around me or that I "stop existing" the moment I'm actually alone. It's very isolating, and I try to remember that I'm an individual with my own experiences and feelings and joys. I also try to redirect my thoughts to reasons why I love the people around me, sort of as a way to reconnect to them in a way.
@kittycrime I get that though, thank you 🙏🏻
No matter how much someone loves you, it can still feel isolating to know that they will never truly "understand" what you go through. As cliché as it is, I find journaling to be really helpful. Write out my feelings and what I'm grateful for and I feel less alone, somehow
