If you're able to it's important to talk to a therapist about how your experiences are affecting you now. Peace will come, eventually. It hurts so much to go through so much trauma, and it feels illogical for things to get better sometimes, but slowly, so slowly but surely they do. And then you'll have stable footing and more tools to handle difficult things
