No Doctor Will Acknowledge Me: A Medical Mystery

what do i do when no doctor will acknowledge me? i have low vitamin D, joint pains, chronic daily diarrhea, my whole body feels sensitive, i bruise, extreme fatigue, i sleep upto 15 hours a day because of this, naps included, or not, depends on the day.. i have nausea every day. i vomited for two weeks straight at one point, not being able to eat or drink. i vomit occasionally since june. i have elevated wbc since june. diagnosed nafld, no gallbladder or liver function issues, no h pylori..i feel absolutely miserable. its been almost a year since this started. (December 26th 2021) it began with nausea and vomiting. of course i had fatigue but in the last few months it kicked up more than just a "notch" my life is being sucked from me by this unknown illness. the nurse said it wasn't "that bad" and they say "go to the ER or call 911 if you vomit or have diarrhea more than 3 days" and then the ER gives me medicine for the night and sends me home saying go to your doctor. nobody is helping me, im at a loss. i feel so unheard. i told my doctor every symptom, i feel as if it went through the other ear. is it because my chart notes my autism? i don't understand. i don't want to suffer..
