Feeling Ignored and Unimportant

I stopped talking to people about my upset inside soup because I've literally lost friends over it. I'm sorry you're going through this

I don't really tell anyone my feelings because I'd feel like a burden

It’s super hard to learn but it’s not personal. Usually that person doesn’t have the mental/emotional capacity to talk to you about it. It’s not about you and it definitely doesn’t mean they don’t care about you.

I get that too. When I was going through hard things, my brother said "Just get through it.". You have every right to be hurt. I am so sorry he did that, you deserve a lot better
