I'm really into naturopathic means and all these are amino acids that our bodies already have and their precursors to neuroreceptors and neurotransmitters that correlate with anxiety centers stress and things of that nature I use them for my ADD and my focus and my attention and my ability to remember and my ability to stay calm when I'm trying to explain something I'm just saying they work in the help a lot better than medication ever has.

@melkitten88 Yep, totally understand, sometimes it's just spending time with someone, even if you don't say a word. Maybe just random thoughts. And the other person responds with random thoughts . Then laugh... Idk not many people understand. Sometimes I hang out with a friend and they try to conversation and I have nothing to say. Or I want to join a conversation and yet I feel like I stumbled in tripping on my words. Idk? Hope I made sense
