Something that helps me is... when I get up from couch/bed, I do something little that needs to be done. Example, collect just garbage and sit back down. Next time, put dishes in the sink. It doesn't all need to be done now. Do what you can, even if it's just throwing away your garbage.
So far today I've cleaned/vacuumed the entire living room wiped the bathroom sink down did a load of dishes and started picking up laundry
I agree with 1kitty. I start with a small task..next u know, u have cleaned a room and I know I feel good after that happens
