How well do you sleep at night? I know itās very difficult to get a good nights sleep for most of us but I find it makes a huge difference. Exercise also helps

@Hockeyfan I sleep awful, I wake up at least 4 or 5 times a night .I have a hard time falling asleep .I sleep maybe 4 hours night .š¤

I stopped eating cane sugar and high fructose corn syrup. It made a huge difference for me. But dairy, gluten, red meat and sugar can all contribute to the pain and fatigue š©
Do you drink plenty of fluids. Reduce your stress. Keep moving for your fibromyalgia. Maybe a massage. Do what helps you relax. Try to get out of your head and into what ever you enjoy!!!
