Do you drink plenty of fluids. Reduce your stress. Keep moving for your fibromyalgia. Maybe a massage. Do what helps you relax. Try to get out of your head and into what ever you enjoy!!!
I stopped eating cane sugar and high fructose corn syrup. It made a huge difference for me. But dairy, gluten, red meat and sugar can all contribute to the pain and fatigue 😩
I have had gastric bypass surgery and fibromyalgia and several other things you mentioned. Have you had your bloodwork checked for anemia lately? Sometimes low B12, Folate, iron, or even D3 can make you tired or if you aren’t getting enough sleep. I am just throwing a suggestion out there.
How well do you sleep at night? I know it’s very difficult to get a good nights sleep for most of us but I find it makes a huge difference. Exercise also helps
I am waking up most the nights myself. I am tired, but have a hard time taking naps during the day to get more rest since I didn’t get much at night time.
,I never can nap ,it's just not my thing .Don't get me wrong I would love too .My 28 year old daughter can fall asleep anywhere and anytime .I am so jealous
