Every time I have one of these episodes I feel disconnected from reality. and while the episode itself only last for maybe 10 minutes, it messes me up for weeks afterwards. it's like I am stuck on a state of having an episode and not having one. things go from far away to close within the blink of an eye. and on some occasions I feel like my limbs become detached and are squirming on the floor. anyone else dealing with this sort of thing too?
