Hey all, New here and hope to improve in myself with help from here.

Have any of you have some good strategies to get motivated especially when under extreme stress and depression, i have so many things to do but so little energy rn.

    Hello! Welcome to Alike 💕 I don't have much advice for the motivation other than once you start one thing, it gets the ball rolling. One tiny doodle in your notebook can turn into getting back into art entirely and making a career out of it. Try to track how much energy you have throughout the day or week, and on days or times you have the most energy is the best time to try and do something! It can be the smallest thing to help yourself. It doesn't have to be showering or brushing your teeth or starting a project. It could be something as simple as remembering to charge your phone or put your sock away. I hope you're doing well, if you ever need to message someone I'm here!

    I usually pick one thing that needs to get done and focus on doing it one small bit at a time, usually by the time I'm done with it I have a bit more energy to do other things.
