just heard that ocd can make you feel constantly feel the need to empty your bladder even when you just went… does anybody else do this, i literally can’t go to bed unless i’ve peed and if i drink a drop of water i need to pee again or i can’t sleep the entire night
I peed before I go to sleep but when I officially feel like I'm about to knock out I go to the bathroom one more time to make sure I don't pee myself at night
Same here, i honestly never considered this to be apart of my OCD but it's like a routine that even if I have a SIP of water or anything, i have to pee before I even lay down because the idea of that humiliation still haunts me even more so as an adult sharing a bed w my fiancè. Like once i even wake up to go to the bathroom i bite my tongue to make sure im awake so im not piss dreaming
i have OCD and do the same thing! i’ve been tested for over active bladder and everything else under the sun i’m always told you just might have a small bladder and there’s nothing wrong. i never thought this could be related to my OCD.
