I’ve been trying to find part time work for a long time now but I never get a call back when I’m honest about my disabilities. I might have better luck with remote work but I have no where to look and don’t know any other disabled people that struggle with finding work to give any advice.
You do not need to disclose your disabilities up front in the hiring process. It’s also illegal to deny you the job solely because of disabilities.
