I just got diagnosed by my neurologist in Feb of '22. I have severe sfn caused by the lupus. I think I also have kidney involvement but don't see my rhuematologist until August. my creatinine jumped from .99 to 1.21 in a months time and it's been months since it's been checked. what other signs should I be on the look for?
