Hoping someone can help me out the puzzle pieces together. Getting sick with a cold every 3 months like clockwork that always turns into a sinus infection. Skin on my face is flaky and red and so very itchy. Irregular menstrual bleeding. Can’t eat anything without getting nauseous. Had pegged it down to my fibromyalgia but all these random symptoms keep popping up. Testing and blood work is all normal but obviously I am struggling. Idk what to do. Anyone else experience this?

@PrincessEmerald hmm. I would suggest seeing a dermatologist. And take a look at your skin and hair care routines. I switched to unscented everything almost. I use CeraVe exclusively on my face.
I had some similar with my face, it was mainly around my mouth and my cycle made it worse. Perioral dermatitis. I had to see a dermatologist, but it's under control now. I have diet issues with my fibromyalgia too. I'm in a cycle right now where I have to force myself to eat, it's not fun. I know IBS is side illness with fibromyalgia. I also had horrible menstrual cycles, heavy, irregular and long. I had fibroids and had a hysterectomy. I would recommend finding some specialists. A lot of things go hand in hand with fibromyalgia but it's better to check to make sure it's not something else
@Red914 they’ve done transvaginal ultrasound, no fibroids or anything out the usual. My face is mostly around the sides like my temples around eyebrows and down in front of my ears and jawline. It’s driving me nuts! I’m on birth control continuously so I don’t get a cycle save for a little spotting here and there so not sure if that could contribute but I had all my hormones checked and they were all in normal levels besides high prolactin that leveled out on the second test.
