All the above, I started a journal, meditation and I'm really trying to go outside and excersice. Somedays I don't feel like doing anything at all and that's when the journal comes handy. Also I do the "4x4x4" breathing technique it helps when I'm feeling really anxious.

Practicing mindfulness and breathing helped me to be grateful for what I have in the present moment without thinking too much. I used to go to a weekly class but honestly even though it helped I didn't managed to stick to it as a routine. Now I do it occasionally on my own.
