      @Pebbles exactly! 3 months ago I changed my diet to include more leafy greens low glycemic fruits and lower carbs. The result has been a dramatic change in both my blood pressure and glucose. Fruits and vegetables along with lemon water in the morning and at night are changing my life for the better!
