TW VENT I started “recovery” but I feel like I don’t deserve food unless I workout for a little at least or go on a walk . Im not counting calories but I memorized alot so still kind of am and I’ve been purgeing alot lately not emptying but just 2-3 times after a meal 2-3 times a day. Any way i can eat again without bingeing and like ahh i feel nauseous all the time and I’m still on Ed twt but it was a safe space for me and part of me feels bad for wanting to leave or recover . any tips for not feeling bad after eating

One of the ways that’s helped me is eating small meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals to prevent binging as well as putting food in a cup/bowl and going to another room. I notice when I binge it’ll be me in the kitchen with the whole container/bag instead of a portion. As for the exercise you could try setting up a routine, every week you can slowly bring down how much you exercised previously and it can be by 30 minutes each day. You could also try replacing exercise with yoga or studying to make yourself feel productive and like you’re doing something but it’s not overexerting yourself. As for EDtwt, I understand how you feel completely though recovering will be harder if you constantly have people who aren’t recovered giving you tips on how to worsen your disorder. (I know you don’t need me to tell you that but it’s there just in case)
