My hair started shedding when I had covid a year ago. It shedded for 6 months then stopped and new hairs grew in. About a month ago, it started to happen again and it’s still going on. I have no idea why it’s happening this time because I test for covid pretty regularly and I haven’t had it again. Has anyone experienced this before? I think it’s called tellogen effluvium. I am scared of losing my hair :( but also frustrated by how uneven it is due to the loss and regrowth. Either way, I hope it stops soon and grows back like last time. I can’t handle all this hair loss anymore.
