has anyone ever struggled with diet culture? even when in reality more weight does not mean less healthy? it's really getting old that people want to promote the diet/health business and don't provide ethical evidence based info.
Well sometimes more weight does mean less healthy
Coming from me that I weight almost 300 pounds, I know my condition is not the best. And even all the way around with extremely muscular people that suffer from heart attacks etc
Doign diets is not bad(?) I guess the bad thing is when it promotes anorexia, and so is demolish and not recommended, but exercise and more protein is way better ten times than any diet
The issue is that we actually gain more weight by trying intentionally to lose it. Weight cycling is dangerous. Healthy eating and movement are good but health comes at every size
