I recently had my 8th halter monitor for feeling like utter poo and my watch reading my heart rate going into the 30s of course while I had the monitor the lowest was 50. I told the nurse practitioner I seen I have been getting chest pain that I can't do anything to make better she said since my monitor looked pretty normal she thinks its heart burn... I am so over having this and am at the point I am just want to ignore my symptoms cuz all the tests come back normal anyways.
