What really helps me besides eating right. Is going at least for a 10 minute walk and be in nature.

thank you for that. Omg im so sorry you go through this. Have you been to a doctor? Could it be something more? I haven't had a panick attack in a while luckily because I was getting them a lot but I still get the panicky feeling everyday. Tired of living like this.

Cadio can help naturally reduce your cortisol levels and there might be some veggies or fruits that might also do the same. I don't even want to look at my weight because I was having panic attacks so much that it's been difficult to not throw up. I want to lose weight but in a sustainable way where I am building muscle and keeping the rest of my anatomy functioning. Today was the first day I only had 1 panic attack and it happened when I woke like everyday for the last month. I tried my best to eat as soon as I could bear and eating really helped keep my mood up. It's hard to find a break when my mental health seems to control everything I do but if you can notice it take it. That moment of cooking healthy and eating a full meal really changed my whole day. I also try to leave the house as soon as I wake up because if I don't the panic attacks don't stop. I walked outside and threw up all the water I drank when I finally got up, but the fresh air and sunlight really helped lift my mood. Sometimes you have to be in pain for a bit before you can have enough strength to finally do simple things to help you. I hope this finally stops for good but if it does not, I won't give up. I want to live.

Well, no matter my mood, I am always happy after a good hike. Usually, around 10 miles.

I lost 40 LB with just dieting. I choose the Paleo Diet. It took me over a year to shed the pounds, but I kept saying, the scale is going down not up!! I didn’t give up and now I understand what is in food so it helps me make good choices.

For me it’s not just the act of exercising that makes me feel good, it’s having that proof that you’ve done something awesome, so I am an aerialist and having that proof after just makes me feel so powerful. Also being able to surround yourself with people who make you feel good. Exercise does reduce stress by releasing chemicals and stuff but for me it’s more of a community thing and personal goal thing that makes me happy. My local gym has a zoomba group that meets every few days and I always feel amazing after going, you don’t have to do the steps right or anything and it’s just fun. Something like that tends to work really well.
