i went to walmart and had a panic attack i had to go back to my car while my bf got food noo real reason for it

      I know what you mean. Sometimes the environment doesn’t help. So much goes on that gives one anxiety and ultimately a panic attack. Try and speak to a CBT to help you figure put whats the underlying issue that contributes. They feel horrible. When I get them I felt like I was seriously going to die. So scared. I changed my diet completely and started going for long walks and meditate.. Stopped caffeine and any foods that trigger My panics

      For me, Walmart gives me panic attacks a lot. Bright florescent lights, lots of people, general craziness. Heck, grocery stores and other big stores do the same thing to me. I know it sounds weird, but I'll listen to calming music while I grocery shop and such. I also tend to visit those stores early in the day, in the middle of a work day or late at night if it's an option.
