i totally hear you . i am in the same boat . it’s no fun. and it’s like the mental and physical health play on each other and it’s worse i’m here for support listening ears., i also able to be supportive and share my experiences

Hi. 💜 I can relate. I have had some chronic health problems that have escalated over the last few years, in addition to struggling with anxiety and C-PTSD and having difficulties with my partner.
