Hi! A trip sounds exciting! But I can relate with the anxiety something like that can bring. I find mindfulness and progressive muscle relaxation styles of meditation really helpful. You can find free stuff on YouTube to start. Talking to my therapist about it in advance. Planning wherever I can try to in advance to ease some anxiety (don't overwhelm yourself though!)
@xMikix I've got other recommendations , such as physical movement / exercises (not a work out!) and breathing exercises I find helpful too
