I've been doing great for a few months now up until the past few days. Nothing changed except for my moods. I've been very down and having thoughts of self-harm and suicide. I have no plans to take action on my thoughts, but the thoughts are there. I'm just frustrated to have such a sudden crash after doing so well. Can you relate to this?

      I have been in the same boat for about a week now. It's so hard! I just take it day by day and every morning I literally say "thank you for today" aloud. Not sure who I am thanking but just saying helps a little.

      I can relate for a few years I felt great n so happy until recently after my gf died I noticed a lot of my problems she kept them at bay

      I have seasonal depression so once it hits roughly December I'm depressed and suicidal, just a random crash and I'm sad until spring. I'd really like a SAD lamp since they help with that
