My Experience with GJ Tube Surgery

so thankful this GJ tube is healing very well and 9 days after surgery it barely even hurts anymore! i got it done endoscopicly so they only had to make 1 small hole instead of needing extra ones for tools or whatnot, so that probably made healing a lot easier. the first few days were ROUGH but each day it got better and better, steady feeds have been starting to make me feel better and my family can see a difference in my face and color. the G part has been helping a lot with nausea since it's so much easier to get out extra gas and bile, and having the farrell bag hooked up during feeds has been great since i've been waking up a bit less nauseous. hoping to feel more progress 💕
